CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation notice must be forwarded to Svoronos Travel via fax or e-mail.
For refund purposes the following deadlines shall apply:

Before February 28th, 2007		50€ Administration fees
Before April 30th, 2007		50% Cancellation fees
After May 1st, 2007		No Refund

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THE END OF THE CONFERENCE 

REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE

For Delegates:

• Attendance to all scientific sessions & workshops 
• Full access to the conference hall and exhibition area
• Congress bag with congress material
• Daily coffee breaks and light lunch, as indicated in the final program
• Invitation to Opening Ceremony and Welcome reception

• Invitation to  Opening Ceremony and Welcome reception
• ½ Day city tour

Registration for events that are included in the registration fee must also be booked in advance, in order to obtain an invitation

CONFIRMATION

A confirmation letter will be sent within 7 working days by fax or e-mail, provided that we have received the payment and correct fax or email information.
