Accommodation details

General reservation terms
- Room rates quoted in Euro, per room, per night, including Buffet Breakfast and all applicable taxes.
- The above mentioned rates are valid only from June 22 until June 30, 2007. Any extension will be handled upon request.
- Accommodation forms will be handled on a first come first serve basis.
- No reservation will be handled without the accommodation form duly completed and accompanied by the full credit card details or bank transfer receipt.
- Accommodation confirmation will be sent within 7 working days of the properly filled in accommodation form receipt.
- Reservations guaranteed till May 1st 2007.
- Hotel voucher will be sent after full prepayment has been received (deadline May 1st, 2007).
Cancellations
Cancellations notices must be forwarded to Svoronos Travel via fax or email.
For refund purposes, the following deadlines shall apply:
